Precise Control: The refrigerant circuit of the KRD dryer has been engineered to provide an exact 3-7ºC dew point performance under varied
Air loads (full load and partial load) and under varying ambient conditions (seasonal change and location change).
Designed for Asian Conditions: KRD dryers have been designed for tropical Asian conditions.
High Operating Limits: KRD dryers can operate in very challenging conditions to an inlet air temperature of 70ºC and up to 50ºC ambient
temperature.
The ultra-compact heat exchanger is the core component of Kaishan India refrigeration air dryers, crafted from durable aluminum and designed to handle multiple stages of compressed air treatment. In the air/air exchanger section, incoming air is pre-cooled while outgoing air is post-heated. This innovative process reduces energy consumption in the chiller circuit and minimizes the risk of condensate forming on the outlet pipe’s surface. Unlike standard designs, the heat exchanger incorporates a flow mixing chamber at the air/air exchanger outlet. This chamber ensures uniform air temperature before entering the evaporator channels, optimizing heat exchange efficiency. In the evaporator, cooled air passes through a demister separator, which efficiently removes condensate into a large collection chamber, while maintaining low pressure drop through its carefully engineered design.
